Russia, USA, Brazil, Ukraine, Belarus were not included in it.

The list includes Algeria, Australia, Canada, Georgia, Japan, Montenegro, Morocco, New Zealand, Rwanda, Serbia, South Korea, Thailand, Tunisia, Uruguay.

Also, citizens of China will be allowed into the EU, subject to reciprocity for citizens of the European Union from the Chinese side.

It is noted that the list will be reviewed every two weeks.
