German authorities are tracking 30,000 suspects involved in the online pedophile network, the BBC reported Friday.

It seems to be a'German version n room incident' in that tens of thousands of minors, etc., were sexually exploited and videotaped and shared by tens of thousands through online networks.

Authorities' investigations began last year when a man (43) was arrested on charges of sexually assaulting his daughter and sharing the video in Cologne.

The incident revealed a network of suspects, both inside and outside Germany, of which more than 70 have been identified so far in Germany alone.

According to local media, such as the German daily Zutd Deutsche Chaitung (SZ), they are alleged to have abused children, including sexual assault, beyond simply having or sharing child pornography.

The offenses were grouped through an online network.

It is all linked with sympathizers, supporters, and accomplices.

Authorities say the men who would have faltered if the environment had not been created are also likely to be involved in sexual assault.

Authorities found about 30,000 traces through group chat rooms and messengers.

Authorities added that the exact size is still unknown, as one suspect may have used multiple IDs.

Thousands of users in these chat rooms are said to have talked about how to sexually assault their babies and children.

According to the dialogue among the users, the authorities say that sexual assault is considered normal, and that there is encouragement or coercion of behavior if anyone is hesitant.

"The scale of sharing of child sexual exploitation online was unimaginable," said Peter Weissenbach, attorney general.
