It clarified the main responsibilities of cosmetics registrants and filers, strengthened the management of the entire process of production and operation and post-market quality and safety control, established a safety reassessment system for cosmetics and cosmetic raw materials, and a recall system for problematic cosmetics to further ensure the quality and safety of cosmetics.
