Investigations by agents of the Armed Institute try to find out why these people had in their possession a Star Z45 automatic submachine gun , a classic weapon provided by this security body and the Spanish Army.

As EL MUNDO has learned, the action that has allowed his recovery occurred on June 15, in the United States street, in the Añoreta Golf urbanization, where a patrol moved after receiving a warning alerting of a violent incident .

When the agents arrived at the scene, they ran into two pairs of brothers , alleged criminals with a history behind them, two of them considered very dangerous. And the great unknown that those responsible for the case are now trying to clear is how a submachine gun of a state security body was in the hands of alleged criminals and what was the real background of the strong discussion.

Sources close to the case explained that the other two brothers involved, sons of a national police officer who was acquitted after being accused of killing a young man by a slot machine fight when he was out of service, are considered to be very dangerous and have been objects of various research.

One of them, "the most conflictive", was arrested by the National Police for an alleged crime against public health related to a cultivation of marijuana . The agents who carried out the operation intervened his brand new car for police use, something that angered him greatly. Shortly after, the vehicle, parked next to the old Vélez-Málaga police station, was burned . Security cameras were searched, but it was not known who had caused the fire.

The four individuals were arrested for different crimes - among them, derived from the possession of weapons - and transferred to the post of the Armed Institute in Rincón de la Victoria.

This newspaper contacted the Málaga Civil Guard Command in order to clarify the typology of the charges and other aspects of the case, although its sources limited themselves to saying that "we did not report an open investigation " and "nor did we confirm , nor do we deny ".
