At the same time, the "Report" also pointed out that some colleges still have the following problems in undergraduate education and teaching. The proportion of college professors teaching undergraduates is only 77.11%. The second is the lack of innovation in the teaching model. The average opening rate of small-class classrooms (30 students and below) for professional courses in colleges and universities is only 29.11%.
