“The police retrained the article in the Nikita case. h. 2 tbsp. 15, paragraph 12, part 2, article 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The complete attempted murder attempt, committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy, ”he wrote.
It is specified that the case was previously investigated under the article “Hooliganism”.
