While a demonstration, at the call of the association Women of the angry police forces, took place Saturday at the feet of the police headquarters in Paris, Perrine Sallé, "cop woman" and spokesperson of the association spoke, on Saturday on Europe 1, of the intimidation they undergo, they and their children.

INTERVIEW

"I am threatened with death very regularly because I am a cop's wife, and because I dare say it," says Perrine Sallé, spokesperson for the Angry Order of Women Association of Law Enforcement (FFOC). Guest of Europe 1, Saturday evening, she explained the motivations of the "cop women", who demonstrated, Saturday at the feet of the police headquarters in Paris, against anti-police hatred. Growing hatred which has repercussions on their family life, the police women and children being, according to her, regularly threatened.

Threats in mailboxes, or on social media

FFOC spokesperson, Perrine Sallé evokes recurrent threats due to her media coverage. However, this intimidation is also suffered by the most discreet "cop women". "We have women of cops who keep quiet about it, and who today find messages in their mailbox, or in their messaging on social networks, because they are identified as being women of cops", deplores she.

Harassment which sometimes even affects children, since it is known that one of their parents works in the police. A situation that Perrine Sallé knows well, she says, certain women members of the FFOC association being confronted with it. "Some mothers force their children to shut up their parents' jobs to protect them because it can lead to serious situations."
