June 26, 2020 Salvatore Buzzi and Luca Gramazio, two excellent defendants of the "Mondo di Mezzo" proceeding, return. The Court of Appeal of Rome ordered that the residence requirement for the ras of cooperatives. The two were under house arrest. Also for him the Court of Appeal has ordered the residence requirement. A ban on expatriation was also imposed for Buzzi and Gramazio. In the Buzzi and Gramazio ruling, the judges declare "the loss of effectiveness of the precautionary measures in relation to all the charges for which they had been adopted for the expiry of the relative maximum terms of precautionary custody".
