6·25 was not the only war between the two countries. In celebration of the 70th anniversary, US President Trump also made a dedication to find a monument to Washington's participation in the Korean War. US Ambassador to South Korea urged North Korea to refrain from further provocations.

US President Trump attended the June 25th 70th Anniversary Ceremony held today (26th) with Mrs. Melania at the Korean War Memorial Park in Washington.

President Trump dedicated the monument to the Korean War, commemorating the souls of the victims, and talking with veterans.

Former US presidents such as Obama, Bush and Clinton have also attended the Korean War on a 10th anniversary basis.

At the briefing to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the June 25th, Assistant Secretary of State for East Asian and Pacific Affairs Steelwell emphasized the importance of the ROK-US alliance to maintain international order in the Indian Pacific region.

While supporting South Korea's use of the WTO complaints process in relation to disputes over export restrictions between Korea and Japan, Mr. Stillwell called for improved relations between the two countries.
