“Here we can answer unambiguously that the Russian Federation has never intervened, does not intervene and does not intend to interfere in anybody’s electoral processes, especially in the electoral processes that take place with our ally, Belarus,” Peskov told reporters.

He added that the party that blames should give arguments.

Lukashenko said earlier that he intends to meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin and discuss "interference in elections from abroad."

According to him, in Belarus “the most advanced fake technologies are being applied, there is interference from abroad”.

Presidential elections will be held in Belarus on August 9.
