According to the agency, residents of Moscow and the Nizhny Novgorod Region participated in online voting on June 25. 

Earlier, the press service of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in Moscow said that the police had organized a check of a message about an attempt to vote twice on amendments to the Constitution. 

In turn, the head of the CEC, Ella Pamfilova, called the provocation an attempt to vote twice.
