Two men and a woman were summoned to court in Montargis (Loiret) for acts of aggravated procuring and sexual abuse of a 15-year-old minor, this Wednesday, reports La République du Center . The accused had forced a 14-year-old girl to prostitute herself between February 22 and March 14 in a house located in the city, as well as in hotels in Orléans and Blois (Loir-et-Cher) .
Originally, the girl had run away from a home in the Paris region before finding refuge in an individual. The latter then "sold" it for 500 euros to an acquaintance of Montargis. It was there that she found herself kidnapped, forced to ensure a dozen passes a day in a house and then in hotels.
They assured not to know his age
Faced with the magistrates, the main accused of procuring admitted to having been attracted by "profit". However, the three respondents denied knowing the age of the victim. "I thought she had 22 or maybe 25," said the pimp, who had even offered his accomplice to "buy" it for 4,000 euros. “A 14-year-old girl cannot validly consent to a sexual act with anyone. There was no question to ask, "said the girl's lawyer during the trial.
The court decided to sentence the pimp to four years in prison. He was kept in detention, the local daily said. The other man and the woman accused were sentenced to three years' imprisonment, including two years suspended sentence.
