The government is preparing to lighten the health protocol in companies, according to a project of which AFP obtained a copy Monday evening. According to this document, the government wants to abandon the current rule, which limits the number of employees present simultaneously in the premises on the basis of a "gauge" of at least four square meters per employee. Instead, a distance of at least one meter must be respected.
It is planned that wearing a mask is only compulsory "when the distance of one meter between people is not effective or is likely to no longer be". Regarding teleworking, it is only mentioned in the new draft health protocol with regard to "workers at risk of severe form of Covid-19", or those who live in someone's home in this case.
