The judge has decided to continue the process against two former high officials of the Board for the payment of services in several brothels with the card of a public foundation dedicated to the training of the unemployed. This was communicated this Tuesday by the Andalusian Superior Court of Justice to the media through a note detailing that the Court of Instruction number 6 of Seville has issued an order by which it is agreed to bring to trial before a jury court who was technical director of the Andalusian Foundation Training and Employment Fund (Faffe) , Fernando Villén, and who was its financial economic director, Ana Valls, for making use of several credit cards of the organization in different locations alternate.

Both investigated have been summoned to appear before the judge on September 30, as established in article 25 of the Organic Law of the Jury Court.

The investigation is directed by the judge who in his day appointed the TSJA to reinforce the means of the Court of Instruction number 6 of Seville, whose owner is judge María Núñez Bolaños. In his order, he considers that there are indications of the commission of a continuous crime of embezzlement and another of documentary falsehood, also continuously. In principle, none of these crimes falls under the jurisdiction of a jury tribunal, but the magistrate points out that there is an "intimate connection" with the crime of embezzlement, which is the responsibility of the jury.

Four others investigated are exonerated, exonerated, who are two administrative managers of the Faffe funds, the deputy in the financial and economic management of the foundation and the brother of the former technical director of the Faffe and former worker of this foundation, since the judge considers that there are no solid indications about their participation in the facts under investigation, as they had no power to decide and always acted according to instructions or guidelines from the two investigated.

According to the investigating judge, Fernando Villén continuously used money from the foundation to pay for services in various brothels in Seville and other Andalusian provinces. To do so, he used three of the six bank cards he had as director of the Faffe, a foundation dependent on the Board whose objective was the training and reintegration of unemployed people into the job market.

In total, Fernando Villén spent a total of 32,566 euros in whorehouses , which the former director of the Faffe attributed to services related to professional relations functions derived from his position.

However, the judge also warns that, in order to hide the irregular use of the cards, Villén, "in collusion" with the Faffe's financial and economic director, between 2004 and 2011, "devised a system by which the reimbursements of the aforementioned charges made by the person under investigation ", so that" in the Faffe's Daily Books, there are entries for the return of said amounts that do not correspond to reality ". In other words, it was allegedly pretended that the amounts paid with the cards were systematically returned.

In total, the judge finds a total of 18 operations in different locations. After one of these operations, carried out at an alternate location in Seville on March 22 and 23, 2010 for the amount of 14,737 euros, Fernando Villén attempted to cancel the used bank card pretending that it had been lost or stolen.
