Klishas also said that to combat the personification of power, it was proposed to increase the powers of constitutional bodies.

Thus, he explained, the political system will become “more stable” and will not “depend so much on who the president is in this particular case.”

Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin admitted that he could be elected for a new term if the relevant amendments to the fundamental law are adopted.
