On Monday, June 22, an online conference was held in which Verkhovna Rada MP and former Prosecutor General of Ukraine Konstantin Kulik presented new audio recordings of telephone conversations between presumably former President Petro Poroshenko and former US Vice President Joe Biden.

According to Derkach, these conversations testify to the facts of international corruption and high treason at the highest state level.

“Intervention in the affairs and work of private companies, pressure on the media, involvement of the special services of their and foreign states to resolve personal and corruption issues. Securing political and illegal business interests. This is what international corruption looks like, which completely permeated Ukraine with the help of a curator represented by the US Vice President, ”Derkach said.

He said that these records, as well as previous similar materials published by him on May 19, will be transferred to the State Bureau of Investigation. The people's deputy noted that he had already been called to testify about previous films.

During the telephone conversations, two men, presumably Poroshenko and Biden, discussed the dismissal of senior executives of Naftogaz Ukrainy, including the head of the company, Andrey Kobolev, on which Vladimir Groysman, who was then prime minister of Ukraine, insisted. However, a man with a voice similar to Biden’s voice expressed the hope that “a team of dedicated reformers and talented managers” would remain in office.

“In Europe, this can be seen as a problem. I hope that you ask the Prime Minister to slow down a bit with this. This is not what we need, ”the American politician allegedly said.

According to Derkach, Kobolev was under the auspices of the Americans, whose interests were allegedly represented by a member of the Naftogaz Supervisory Board Amos Hochstein in order to jointly earn "on the pseudo-reverse of Russian gas."

Washington’s support for the candidacy of Yuriy Lutsenko for the post of Prosecutor General of Ukraine was also discussed. In addition, a man with a voice similar to the voice of Poroshenko complained about problems with the country's Interior Minister Arsen Avakov.

Another topic of conversation concerned ex-Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk. Poroshenko allegedly asked Biden to bring “a signal to Yatsenyuk about the need for full support” by the government of the policy of the President of Ukraine and the negotiation process for a settlement in the Donbass. Later, as follows from the materials on the films, the Ukrainian leader also assured the American vice president that Yatsenyuk would not be prosecuted after his resignation.

“I can provide any of my personal guarantees, including the new prosecutor general, that we have nothing against him and we will protect him,” said the alleged Poroshenko.

In addition, the Ukrainian president allegedly expressed concern about the contacts of former Verkhovna Rada deputy Oleksandr Onishchenko with the US Federal Bureau of Investigation. In response, Biden allegedly noted that the FBI would not work with the ex-people's deputy, and later, according to the records, the CIA joined the fight with Onishchenko.

“I would like to thank you, especially your CIA officers, for the very important cooperation with my intelligence agents, Kondratyuk and the new intelligence chief, for opposing the Russian scenario in using the former People’s Deputy Onishchenko, who, having received Russian citizenship, realized the FSB scenario for destabilization the very next day the foreign political situation in Ukraine, ”a person with a voice similar to that of Poroshenko pointed out.

Onishchenko back in 2016 in an interview with RT spoke about Poroshenko’s corruption schemes, including with loans from the International Monetary Fund.

Also, on the films presented, Poroshenko and Biden allegedly discussed the issue of nationalization of Privatbank and raising tariffs in Ukraine in order to obtain a loan from the IMF.

“I am happy to hear from you, and, as I promised you, this week, excuse me for saying this, but our parliament“ saved our asses, ”as you said in Washington,” Poroshenko allegedly stated.

Recall that on May 19, Andrei Derkach published the first part of the “Poroshenko-Biden films”, which discussed a number of issues of Ukrainian domestic politics. In particular, the interlocutors touched on the topic of Viktor Shokin's resignation from the post of Ukrainian prosecutor general in exchange for $ 1 billion.

After that, the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky said that representatives of the previous authorities of Ukraine are waiting for “a lot of adventures and a lot of sentences”. A criminal case was instituted on treason, and the Verkhovna Rada should have created a temporary investigative commission, however, as the People’s Deputy Alexander Kachura said, the relevant resolution has not yet been registered.

“I asked David Arahamia questions. He said that Sergey Demchenko was dealing with this issue. They conducted an analysis so that there were no international issues, but only domestic issues. That there would be no international scandal, ”Strana.UA quoted the portal as saying.

“Democracy” and the Burisma Affair

In addition, the press conference spoke about the activities in Ukraine of international structures controlled by the US Democratic Party, which are allegedly involved in corruption schemes.

“This is the beginning of our work and a preliminary incomplete map of international corruption compiled with investigative journalists, experts, specialists, investigators and all those who seek to clear corruption from our countries,” Derkach said.

As he emphasized, the table shows the scale of corruption that allegedly took place under the auspices of the American Democrats over the past 10 years, not only in Ukraine but also in many countries of Eastern Europe.

“This is a real octopus, entangled the government of Ukraine, the political and economic elite, as well as the law enforcement system,” the People's Deputy said.
