At the time of writing, Falkenberg has received about ten applications for home service from people who will be staying in Falkenberg during the summer. In a normal summer, the municipality receives about 50 pieces, and if the applications increase, it can be difficult for the municipality to grant all care.

- Considering that the staff has worked hard and is tired now it can be tough if there are many we get in, says Kerstin Rosell (S).

Will not deny anyone

Some municipalities, such as Orust, have said that they will go against the government's decision and still deny the summer guests home service. However, this is not what Falkenberg chooses to do.

- At present, we will execute the decision, says Kerstin Rosell (S), chair of the social committee in Falkenberg.

In the clip, Kerstin Rosell (S) tells what she thinks about the government's decision and how the staffing looks this summer.

Halland News was the first to report on the government's decision.
