“Theoretically, the range of missile destruction of the complex allows him to reach targets around the occupied Crimea, and from the coast of the Sea of Azov to ships in the vicinity of the port of Novorossiysk,” Zhikhorov wrote in his article in the publication “Business Capital”.
According to him, initially this missile was developed in order to deter the Russian Black Sea fleet.
The expert clarifies that theoretically the Black Sea Fleet has all the capabilities to repel missile attacks.
