China News Service, June 19, according to the US "World Daily" report, a man in southwestern Turkey, after dining in a restaurant, thought that the 330 Lira (about 340 yuan) meal cost was too expensive and refused to pay. After arguing with the restaurant, he grabbed the door and jumped into the Aegean Sea. After swimming for 3 kilometers towards the Greek island off the coast, he was arrested by the sea patrol.

According to reports, the incident occurred in Kusadasi, an Aegean resort in the southwestern province of Edin. When the man finished his meal and prepared to pay the bill, after the service staff handed over the bill, he said "too expensive" and refused to pay 330 lira for the meal.

After a short dispute, the man ran out of the restaurant and then jumped into the Aegean Sea, swimming in the direction of Samos Island in Greece. The restaurant staff can only call the police and inform the Coast Guard. Samos is about 27 kilometers away from Kusadasi.

The report pointed out that when the patrol officer dispatched to try to arrest, the man had swam 3 kilometers away from the shore. As can be seen from the video footage, the sea patrol boat was close to the man in the sea. The man was then taken to Shanghai by the boat and sent to the shore.

The identity of the man was not disclosed, and it was unclear whether he would later pay the restaurant for the meal. The police released the man after taking notes.
