According to police, the motorcycle has driven into the epa-tractor from behind and the motorcyclist has sustained serious injuries, but not life-threatening as it currently appears. The persons in the epa-tractor are physically injured but are shocked.
There are now total stops in traffic and according to the police there will be total stops in traffic for about half an hour.
Even a passenger on the motorcycle must have complained of pain.
