China News Service, June 19, according to the website of the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention, on the evening of June 18, the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention officially released the new crown of the new site in Beijing in June 2020 through the "New Coronavirus National Science and Technology Resource Service System" Epidemic and viral genome sequence data. The three data come from the genome sequence data of confirmed cases in Beijing (NMDC60013902-01, NMDC60013903-02) and the genome sequence data of environmental samples (NMDC60013903-03). The Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention also submitted the new crown epidemic situation and viral genome sequence data to the World Health Organization and the Global Influenza Data Initiative (GISAID) for sharing with the international community.
The new coronavirus national science and technology resource service system is jointly constructed by the National Microbiological Science Data Center led by the Institute of Microbiology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the National Pathogen Microbial Resource Bank led by the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention.
