It was last summer that, according to the indictment, the man had intercourse and performed other acts comparable to intercourse with the 14-year-old girl. The man must have been aware of her age and therefore charged with child rape.
The man is also charged with sexually abusing a woman. That event should have happened in the summer of 2018.
