This was stated by Russian Prosecutor General Igor Krasnov during an annual report to the Federation Council.

He noted that the courts upheld the prosecutors ’claims for the recovery of property worth more than 20 billion rubles in favor of the state.

“In comparison with 2018, there was an increase of almost 70 times: in 2018 property worth 311 million rubles was seized,” TASS quoted him as saying.

The Attorney General also said that the coronavirus pandemic exposed many problems in the Russian healthcare system, including the poor state of hospitals, the meager arsenal of diagnostics and staff shortages.
