A thirty-something was placed in police custody Monday night in Nancy, suspected of having photographed the panties of two young girls. The man would have posed as a family friend doctor to approach the two children, according to L'Est Républicain.

The facts are said to have occurred at the Notre-Dame Saint-Sigisbert school complex in late May and early June. "He partially recognized the facts and spoke of uncontrollable impulses," explained the Nancy prosecutor, François Pérain, to the regional daily.

The arrested individual had already been sentenced in 2008 for a sexual assault on a six-year-old child and sentenced to two years in prison.
