She made the relevant statement during her speech at a special meeting of the UN Human Rights Council (HRC) on racial discrimination and police violence.
In late May, African-American George Floyd died after being detained by the police. His death provoked protests and unrest in several cities in the United States, as well as in some cities in other countries, in particular in Britain, Canada and France.
