The two incidents of rape of children under the age of 15 should have taken place in July 2019 in a municipality in southern Värmland. According to the indictment, the man must then have performed oral sex on the children and also forced the child to perform oral sex on him.
The man is also being prosecuted for child pornography offenses as he held close to 100 child pornographic images - some of which, according to the prosecution, are to be considered as particularly ruthless abuse material.
The man was arrested in February on probable grounds, ie the higher degree of suspicion, suspected of child rape. The 24-year-old has denied the crime and opposed the arrest. At the hearing, he told me he was studying for a teacher.
The minimum sentence for child rape is imprisonment for two years.
