“The decision of the Basmanny District Court against Agafonov Mikhail Aleksandrovich, put on the international wanted list, chose a preventive measure in the form of detention for 2 months,” Morozova said.
It is noted that the preventive measure will be counted from the moment of the extradition of Agafonov or his detention on Russian territory.
