The rating is presented on the basis of calculating the maximum possible cash balance of a family with two working parents with an average salary for the region minus the minimum expenses.

According to the agency, in the family in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, such a balance at the end of 2019 amounted to 88.5 thousand rubles.

In second place is the Sakhalin Region, where the maximum possible cash balance of the family amounted to 72.7 thousand rubles.

After the minimum expenses in 2019, the families of Moscow and St. Petersburg had 65.8 thousand rubles and 57.3 thousand rubles, respectively.

The five leaders of the family welfare rating are closed by the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Ugra, where the maximum possible balance of money in the family is 56.8 thousand rubles. 

In addition, in another six regions, the level of family welfare exceeded the average for Russia at 37.5 thousand rubles: Magadan Oblast, Chukotka Autonomous Okrug, Nenets Autonomous Okrug, Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), Moscow Oblast and Tyumen Oblast.
