Sobyanin noted that "all subsequent permissions are related to what the situation will be."

“If it worsens, we will postpone these terms, if we see that it remains, we will allow and, accordingly, more and more return to normal life,” he explained.

Earlier, Sobyanin spoke about preparations for the opening of cafes and restaurants in Moscow.

Aleksey Agranovsky, professor at the Department of Virology, Faculty of Biology, Moscow State University, in an interview with the FAN, assessed the need to take precautions after removing the restrictions imposed due to coronavirus.
