One of the projects that I want to destroy the country is what he called the Gulf project led by Saudi Arabia and the UAE, Qais Khazali, the Secretary-General of what is called "Asaib Ahl al-Haq" in Iraq.

He added - in a speech to him yesterday Saturday - that the reason for this was their lack of acceptance of the existence of a political system in Iraq governed by the Shiite majority.

The leader of the Asaib Ahl al-Haq Party, one of the PMF's formations, called on the government to release guarantees from the United States so that the latter would not take advantage of any agreement that might be reached to settle its accounts with Iran.

He added that the decision to leave the American forces from Iraq is final and irreversible.

It is noteworthy that Khazali accused Israel, America and the United Arab Emirates of trying to stir up chaos and internal fighting, when his country witnessed last October demonstrations calling for political reform and accountability for the corrupt.
