“To restrict entry into the Republic of Abkhazia by the checkpoints on the Abkhaz-Russian state border of foreign citizens and stateless persons until July 1, 2020,” the decree quoted by RIA Novosti reads.
At the same time, the restrictions will not affect workers of diplomatic institutions accredited in Abkhazia, military personnel of the border control of the FSB of Russia in Abkhazia and the unified Russian military base, drivers of vehicles engaged in international freight transport, as well as freight train drivers.
Earlier in Abkhazia, all hospitalized with coronavirus were discharged.
In total, 27 cases of COVID-19 were revealed in the republic, including one lethal.
