<Reporter> The

government has decided to sue the police for groups that sent flyers and PET bottles to North Korea for investigation.

The accused organizations are the Freedom of the North Korean Movement, which has sprayed the North Korean flyers, and the great spring that has sent plastic bottles with rice to North Korea.

They also announced that they would start a process to revoke corporate authorization for these two groups.

The government says the two organizations have violated the provisions of the Inter-Korean Exchange and Cooperation Act through the North Korean flyer and the spraying of PET bottles.

It also said that it violated the public interest by violating the agreement between the two leaders, creating tensions between the two Koreas and creating a danger to the lives and safety of the transboundary people.

Officials from the Ministry of Unification said they have recently issued a voter interpretation that sending flyers and PET bottles to North Korea is not approved.

In response to this change, the official explained that there were changes in circumstances such as the spread of leaflets violating the agreement between the two Koreas and continued complaints from residents of the border region.

However, critics have criticized the government for saying that it is difficult to regulate North Korea's fleeing application by the current law, and that it is creating a law that prohibits the application of leaflets.
