This was reported to the Moscow News Agency by the head of the press service of the FSIN metropolitan administration, Sergei Tsygankov.

He said that to monitor Efremov’s compliance with the prohibitions imposed by the court, "technical means of control will be applied to him."

According to the court decision, Efremov is forbidden to leave his place of residence, send correspondence, communicate with the media, use any means of communication and the Internet, communicate with persons other than close relatives, lawyers, investigators and employees of the FSIN.

Earlier, the Tagansky court in Moscow sent Efremov under house arrest in an accident in the center of the capital, as a result of which a person died.

The Moscow prosecutor’s office took control of the work of officials responsible for fulfilling Efremov’s requirements for house arrest.
