It was in the beginning of the program that the profile of Jenny Strömstedt interviewed Chief Prosecutor Krister Petersson, who the program suddenly collapsed on the studio floor. The viewers then got to see Petersson in the picture for a while before the channel chose to go for a commercial break.
When the program started again after the advertisement, colleague Anders Kraft was in the studio trying to explain what had happened.
- Jenny, the hostess, was feeling a little bad and had to lie down and catch her breath. She has gone out herself and for safety's sake we take the opportunity to throw myself in. You can keep up as best you can. Jenny is fine. It will all resolve, he said in the broadcast.
TV4's communications manager Charlie Forsberg writes in a text message to SVT:
- Jenny Strömstedt fainted during the evening's broadcast. Anders Kraft has stepped into her place. Jenny is well under the circumstances and has been in contact with the care, he writes.
