China News Service, June 10, according to the US Capitol Hill report, Mayor Bai Sihao of New York City said on the 9th that a street in the "critical" section of each administrative district in New York City will be renamed "Black" Life is also life" street.

  Bai Sihao said: "It is very clear that our street name and the streets of our city should convey such a message. This city fully feels that the life of black people is also life, and this country must do the same."

  One of the streets is located near Manhattan’s City Hall, and the other locations will be determined by activists and city leaders.

  Earlier, Washington DC Mayor Muriel Bowser issued a similar order. On June 5, local time, Bowser requested that the words "Black man's life is also life" be painted with bright yellow paint on the 16th street leading to the White House.

  On the same day, Bowser announced on social media that a part of the street was officially named "The Life of a Black Man is also a Life Square." Bowser, who is of African descent, said she wanted to let the public know that in the United States "people can meet peacefully, express dissatisfaction with the government, and can demand change."

  Since the African-American man Freud was killed by violent law enforcement by Minneapolis City police, a number of American cities have erupted in protests against police brutality and racial inequality, including New York and Washington. On June 9, local time, Freud's funeral was held in Houston. More than 500 guests attended. Thousands of other people made a final farewell to Freud in other ways.
