The 37-year-old man was 21 years old in 2004 when the murders of eight-year-old boy Mohammed Ammouri and language teacher Anna-Lena Svensson occurred in early October morning in central Linköping. Not much is known about the 37-year-old man's life from murder until today.

The subject is unclear

The murders shocked many Linköping residents and for a long time affected the city's inhabitants. Many were scared and felt uneasy about the killer still living among them. The grief was also noticed at the murder site on Åsgatan where people have placed grave lights and flowers.

Yesterday, almost 16 years after the crime, the 37-year-old was arrested for the murder. It is still unclear what motives he should have had when he killed the eight-year-old boy and the language teacher.
