A 19-year-old young man was brought before the Bourg-en-Bresse (Ain) prosecutor's office on Monday to be indicted for aggravated violence against his partner, violence against anyone responsible for public authority and rebellion. The individual is suspected of having regularly struck and humiliated the one who shared his life, a young mother of 22 years old.
The last bullying dates back to Saturday evening, says Le Progrès . The young woman was forced to strip and exercise pumps and squats for an hour, in front of her two children including her baby. She then fled, with her infant, to a neighbor who gave her clothes and contacted the police.
Suspect arrested while intoxicated
During his testimony, the victim said that he was regularly beaten and slapped by his companion. The latter was arrested drunk.
Placed in police custody, he rebelled and hit one of the police officers, causing him two days of ITT. The young woman was prescribed, for her part, five days of ITT.
