According to Aftonbladet, it was 23.25 when Lillemor Östlin fell asleep at Huddinge hospital after a long illness.

- She was positive all the way to the last. I have a hard time understanding that she no longer exists, says Lillemor Östlin's daughter Lotta Blomqvist to Aftonbladet.

Lillemor Östlin was convicted on several occasions for drug offenses and was the woman who served the longest time, more than 25 years, in prison in Sweden. She has also managed to escape from Hinseberg three times. In a week, she would have turned 80 years old.

Pronounced about the Palm investigation

Among other things, Lillemor Östlin became known to television viewers when she participated in the SVT program Assignment Review, where she claimed that the police attracted addicts with millions of kronor to put Christer Pettersson, the only person charged - and released - for the murder of Olof Palme.

Lillemor Östlin was also an author and her book "The Witch Witch" became a drama series in SVT. The biography attracted considerable attention when it was published in 2005, among other things for the links to the so-called Geijer business.
