No compensation for relocated vacation

The hospital management admits that the communication could have been better, but has no plans, for example, to provide reimbursement for relocated holidays, which the nursing staff wants.

"It is important for us to retain staff, but compensation for relocated holidays is not something we see in this situation," says Kjell Ivarsson, hospital director of surgical care.
