The Italian Football Federation announced on Monday officially the date for the summer transfer period for players (Mercato), as it will continue during the period from September 1 to October 5 2020.
The summer transfer period was scheduled to start on July 1 and continue until the next September 2, but this was not possible due to the emerging Corona virus crisis.
The Italian Football Association also revealed the date for the winter transfer period, which will start from January 4 to 31 of the same month.
