Draft laws approved by the Council also included the following: a federal draft law on railway regulation, a federal bill on amending some provisions of Federal Law No. 5 of 1992 regarding the Police College, and a federal draft law on repealing the Decree of Federal Law No. 3 of the year 2013 to create and organize the Office of the Representative of the President of the State, a federal bill on amending some provisions of Federal Law No. 1 of 2019 regarding the diplomatic and consular corps, and a federal draft law on amending some provisions of Federal Law No. 11 of 2018 regarding the organization of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation International, and a federal draft law on amending some provisions of Federal Law No. / 18 / of 1981 regarding the regulation of commercial agencies, a federal draft law on the unified final account of the Union and the final accounts of entities independent of the fiscal year ending on 31/12/2018, and a federal draft law on protection Witnesses and their equivalents, a federal bill on guaranteeing rights to money transferred, and a federal bill creating the International Center of Excellence in Combating Extremism and Violent Extremism.
