  2. Conditions and requirements

  (1) International students who graduated from colleges and universities in 2020 and are in urgent need of returning to China due to difficulties in visas that have already or will soon expire.

  (2) Underage students who are under 18 years of age (based on the date of registration) and their parents are not with them. They are indeed in trouble and need to return to China.

  (3) Other overseas students who do have serious difficulties.

  (4) Temporary flight tickets and segregated expenses for returning home are at your own expense Air ticket prices are reasonably determined by airlines according to business model. If you give up or refund the ticket, you will lose the opportunity to buy the ticket again and bear the losses yourself.

  (5) The flight attendant must go to the airport where the flight takes off. The flight attendant shall bear all possible risks during the return to the country and consciously accept the various epidemic prevention arrangements during the flight and after entry. Minors studying abroad need to travel alone, and guardians in Canada cannot accompany them on the same plane. Purchase of tickets shall be deemed as consent.

  (6) In order to ensure public health and safety, diagnosed, suspected cases, those who have fever and cough symptoms within the past 14 days, and those who are in close contact with new coronary pneumonia, please do not book and take flights. If the body temperature exceeds 37.3 degrees (inclusive) or there are suspected symptoms before boarding, the airline will refuse to board.

  (7) Those who intend to take temporary flights to return to the country should go through the WeChat mini program of the international version of the epidemic prevention health code in advance, and fill in personal information, health status, recent travel and other information day by day.

  (8) Strict quarantine inspection will be conducted at the port of entry of the flight. Once a passenger who conceals his illness and contact history or discovers that he has taken antipyretics and other inhibitory drugs during the quarantine inspection is found, he will be held liable for the crime of endangering public safety.

  (9) The parents or guardians of the undergraduate study abroad personnel must wait for or accompany the underage children for 14 days of centralized isolation medical observation as required by the relevant local government. The relevant guardians are requested to be in place in time.
