The circumstances remain unclear. But the investigation opened after the death of a man aged around twenty in Quimper (Finistère) is progressing. During the night of May 31 to June 1, this young man was killed on rue de la Providence, a long artery that leads to the city center. According to Ouest-France, a first arrest took place at the end of the week. The suspect, a 20-year-old man, was released and placed under judicial supervision. But another suspect is said to be actively wanted in the case.

Investigators have so far not wanted to reveal the conclusions of the autopsy, so as not to compromise the search for the second suspect. According to  Ouest-France , the victim was killed in a building which was squatted during confinement. The man was reportedly transported to hospital, which alerted the police. It is still unclear under what circumstances.
