In Kazakhstan, a 15-year-old resident of the city of Talgar was awarded a nominal watch and a certificate of honor for courage. Miras Beisen, a student of the 11th grade of the Arystan military lyceum, saved a man who jumped from a bridge into a river on June 1. The young man did not want to advertise his act, but the police department of Almaty region did not disregard his heroic act. The incident itself is currently under investigation.
