Earlier, Kuleba said that in the near future negotiations will be held between the foreign ministers of the states participating in the Norman format.
The Russian Foreign Ministry said that Norman-format countries should abandon political games and focus on negotiations to resolve the situation in the Donbass.
Russia's envoy in the contact group for the Donbass, Boris Gryzlov, said that Kiev had disrupted the coordination of new areas for the separation of forces in the region and refused to take additional ceasefire measures.
