As many as twenty-five different appearances at the elderly and care homes around Örebro, they had the opportunity during the day.

- When the earbuds couldn't reach us, we had to come to them this year, says Gitte Östling, Head of Unit at the School of Culture.

Audience in the windows

The students were divided into groups that offered everything from choral singing and wind orchestras to accordion and dance performances.

Jennifer Karlsson, 19, and Karl Litens, 13, danced outside the apartments at Sirishof's retirement home in Örebro on National Day.

- It was great fun to see how many people stood in their windows watching us. It's always fun to give back to those in need, says Jennifer Karlsson student and dancer at the School of Culture.
