In Russia, 197 patients with coronavirus died in 24 hours 

This is reported by the operational headquarters for the fight against coronavirus. 

“In the last day, 197 people died ... For the entire period, 5725 people died,” the report said.

A day earlier, 144 patients with COVID-19 died in Russia.

Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova said that the experts divided into groups all the causes of death, "which are somehow related to the influence of COVID-19." 

Also, the director of the Petrov Oncology Research Center for Oncology, Russian Ministry of Health Alexey Belyaev, in an interview with Nation News, spoke about work to combat COVID-19.
