  Tao Kaiyuan, vice president of the Supreme People's Court of China, introduced that the text of the "Supreme People's Court's Opinions on Providing Judicial Services and Guarantees for Ecological Protection and High-Quality Development of the Yellow River Basin" (hereinafter referred to as "Opinions") is divided into three parts, a total of 18 articles.

  Tao Kaiyuan said that "Opinions" are not arranged according to the traditional criminal, civil, administrative and other trial types, but from implementing strict responsibilities, promoting water and sand regulation, promoting green water use, supporting innovation-driven, protecting human resources, strengthening restoration measures, Focusing on seven aspects such as classification and policy, specific requirements have been put forward for the people's courts to try various cases in a fair and efficient manner according to law and give full play to the role of trial.

  "Adhere to the classification and policy, fully consider the differences between the upper, middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River, distinguish the main function positioning, and properly review related cases according to different judicial needs." The "Opinions" elaborately pointed out that the focus is on strengthening the water conservation areas of the Sanjiangyuan, Qilian Mountains, and the upper reaches of the Yellow River in Gannan. The judicial protection of the regional ecological environment governance in the Loess Plateau, the estuary wetlands in the estuary, and the creation of good ecological products.
