The Criminal Court number 1 of Lleida has sentenced rapper Pablo Hasél to six months in prison for a crime of injury for assaulting a TV3 journalist at a press conference at the Rectorate of the University of Lleida (UdL), occupied by students and people who did not study in June 2016, according to the sentence to which Europa Press has had access.
The judge considers it proven that Hasel pushed, insulted and sprayed the journalist with a cleaning liquid , and for this reason, in addition to the prison sentence, forces him to compensate the victim with 12,150 euros, the newspaper 'Segre' reported on Friday. '.
The sentence, which can be appealed, condemns Hasél and three other defendants for a crime of coercion and imposes a fine of 5,400 euros on each of them for preventing journalists from recording by covering their cameras.
