In Russia, 144 patients with coronavirus died in 24 hours

The total number of deaths among patients with coronavirus has reached 5528.

“144 people have died over the past day ... 5528 people have died over the entire period,” the report said.

The day before, 169 deaths were reported.

Earlier, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova said that the experts divided into groups all the causes of death, "which are somehow related to the influence of COVID-19." 

State Duma deputy, psychiatrist Boris Mendelevich, in an interview with the FAN, commented on the need for extensive testing of the country's population for coronavirus.
